      ‘eh depends on how Lucky wanted it configured. Like if they wanted a bunch of walls and offices and really specialized finishes and stuff and the other clients wanted open floor plan, I could see it costing a fortune to redo. Though I also don’t get spending a fortune on a WeWork space rather than a regular short term commercial lease.

    Lucky has owed me $3500 for a story that ran back when it still had a print mag, for months. Emails to accounts payable are now bouncing back. New media is awesome.
