    Schools tend to over-react to things like this. Kids get in trouble for bringing fake guns, joking about mass shootings, I personally knew a guy who was expelled in 8th grade for bringing his mom’s birth control pills to school. Hopefully this particular school in Irving, TX will do the right thing and let him back without the suspension.

      Here’s hoping a lawsuit and a phone call from the ACLU helps that along. And that kid should have ALL charges dropped and all arrest records expunged. It’s not his fault that his teachers and principal are total morons.

        WTF, that’s surreal.

        Many here don’t pass the intelligence test because you really have to score high to pass. Actually, our news constantly uses cases like this from the US to pad slow news days because there’s nothing happening over here.
