Yes... and Icahn was blaming the unions in AC for the downfall of casino business in AC... and yet the unions haven't hurt Vegas.

Why not just resurrect Leona Helmsley and Samuel LeFrak from the grave and make Donald’s upcoming administration a real-estate douchebag hootenanny?

Only if Leona's dog is allowed too. Then I wouldn't hate everyone in that bunch.

It’s really a Mount Rushmore of evil Trump’s gathering together for his “presidency”. Wait till he pardons Bernie Madoff and replaces Janet Yellen with him.

Ahhh yes, the unions ruined AC. Has nothing to do with larding the casino companies up with billions in unsustainable high yield debt to build ever more lavished gambling palaces (where you can erode the “sure thing” that casino gambling is supposed to be for the House), rendering them unable to make payments on the debt when there arose unforeseeable things like an economic downturn or the rise of casinos in other states. I mean, you’d have to be a wizard to see things like that coming. Good thing there is such a thing as a dividend recap which you can use to strip money out of a company prior to driving it into bankruptcy.
