      He’s a friend of a friend in Miami and he could not be nicer, cooler, more gracious or down to earth. Especially since he is so much smarter and quicker than anyone in the room and he downplays it. His wife is even more of all of that.

    Nice to see Terrence Howard in that orange jumpsuit, it suits him. Given that he has been accused multiple times of beating his wife, I can't get behind this show and it bums me out cause cookie seems fun.

    We’re 4 episodes in and completely hooked. The bummer is that Mr. R is going to want to wait until next summer to binge watch season 2. I’ll have to remind him that we’re a little bit old so that maybe putting it off is ill advised.

      I enjoyed Empire well enough, but it looks like next season is going to have one of the same problems as last season: Guest stars just for the sake of having guest stars and nothing really done with them. Courtney Love was under-utilized, Raven Symone got about 30 seconds of a story and I’m still not sure what Jennifer Hudson was doing on the show at all.
