    Just a thought, do you think if your parent is rich it impedes you from telling then they’re acting like a total idiot? I love my dad to bits, but over the years I’ve had to tell him he’s acting/looks stupid many times (the time he wanted to grow his hair and wear Willie Nelson braids springs to mind). Do you think fear of being disinherited would impede Trump’s children from telling him that he’s acting like a racist fool (although this is supposing his kids are not racist fools themselves, which they may well be).

      Not really. My parents are wealthy & my dad is fairly conservative (my mother is a huge liberal, praise satan) & it doesn't stop me from arguing with him. Actually, my dad loves to spar with me. That said, I'm less game for getting into it with him as I've gotten older. Sometimes you realize you can't change people & it's more pleasant to focus on the positive parts of the relationship. And who knows, Ivanka may criticize him behind the scenes, but I can't blame her for not trying to humiliate him in the media no matter how big an asshat he is.

      Ivanka has some good reasons to think that if she doesn’t tow the family line, her father will kick her out of the family. Ivanka was 10 when her father dumped her mother and gave her a series of step mothers. She became a regular on “Celebrity” Apprentice after Donald had a falling out with Carolyn and Ivanka was brought on the show to replace her.
