    I live in Australia so I honestly can’t tell what kind of reaction ‘cunt’ is supposed to give to an American audience. I have been called a cunt at least dozens of times and I can count on one hand the amount that have been malicious, and I know very few people my age who have any problem hearing it.

      I think in the US ‘cunt’ is something you save for a big fucking rageplosion. My every other spoken word is “fuck”, but I’ve only called someone a cunt once.

    To answer your question Bobby in regards to the Ryan Reynolds tweet;

    Perhaps a self deprecating tweet that is as extreme as this one is could be considered “reverse thirst”. Similar to a humble brag, but manifests as an unexpected response to a hypothetical question in which an answer from any of the parties said question involved was neither expected or requested. Reverse thirst therefore exposes one who employs it as a person who has the thirstiest thirst of all.

    Maybe, I don’t know.
