      I would actually be really concerned about him getting dementia as long as he’s a justice. I’m sure once they realized he really was losing his mind he would lose his spot, but things could get really weird before that.

    The first time Ginsburg met “Nino” he was giving a speech to the American Bar Association. She disagreed with the thesis but “thought he said it in an absolutely captivating way.” Scalia said of Ginsburg last Thursday: “What’s not to like — except her views on the law.”

    They have a real Sam-and-Diane thing going on.

      my grandfather’s favorite joke. A Jewish couple are in a Chinese restaurant (because why wouldn’t they be?) The husband says to the waiter “Don’t you feel badly about Pearl Harbor?”. The puzzled waiter replies “Sir, that was the Japanese”. Husband: “Japanese, Chinese. What’s the difference?” The waiter wanders off and then returns a few minutes later to inquire “Well, don’t you feel bad about the Titanic?” The husband comes back with “The Titanic? That was an iceberg” The waiter, grinning “Iceberg. Goldberg. What’s the difference?”
