      Nah. Just getting greedy and also being a dick. I’m sure the guy was having a lot of fun until his nuts were violated and he probably would have been pissed if him and his buddies were cut off by the staff at any of those three venues.

      Just as a general being an ok human rule of thumb, you don’t go after the bars when your friend does something shitty to you.

    I went to a school with a guy who was jumping a fence AND GOT HIS SACK CAUGHT ON THE TOP. I don’t know the specifics but he lost a ball in the process. People called him “nut” and for a while I thought it just meant he was a real nutty guy. Nope

      Christ, I can SO picture something this dumb happening with my male coworkers. They go away for expo’s and training and occasionally they get out of hand. And the main manager tries SO HARD to make everyone his buddy >.<

          I know people like to bitch about people being Litigation happy, but shit this is as justified as a law suit as possible. My boss crushed my testicle.. yup you win the lawsuit. Suing 3 of the venues seems excessive however, i mean the last one sure but the first one certainly didn’t get him that drunk.

          Sidenote: why didn’t the boss get arrested?
