    Wouldn’t (skim) milk be a cheaper protein and a lot easier to consume? People seem to overthink their protein intake. $1.99 gallon of skim milk > dealing with eggs and yogurt in the a.m.

      ...says people who eat cheese, ice cream, yogurt, sour cream @ Chipotle, cottage cheese, etc.? Plain ole milk is cheaper and easier protein consumption than any of those options.
