      Be careful posting the picture, there’s a secret counter program in the basement at The Hague and if you mock this person’s appearance too many times—that specific number is undefined and based on several other factors—you will be charged with crimes against humanity for inflicting this image upon so many innocent people.

      Since I don’t know your peronal identity, I cannot check the database to see how close you are to getting charged by the Hague but if you give me some more information about yourself, like your full name, social security number, banking institutions and account numbers, location of valuable assets, copies of safety deposit boxes keys, I can create an accurate picture of how the Hague’s program operates and give you a number within 2-3 of the actual number of how many times you have left to use that meme before it results in arrests; they’ll not only arrest you but your loved ones and business partners.       I’d take this to court. How is any of the stuff they collected part of the CIA’s operational files. Al Qaeda’s maybe, but doubtful that bin Laden had any stuff related to CIA operations.       Interesting that the response cites 18 U.S. Code 1461 as a reason that if the CIA even had this stuff [it does] they shug and claim it would be illegal to mail it. I had to look it up.

      Apparently its illegal to mail porn, or anything even remotely “vile”, “indecent”, “lewd” etc, through the US. Postal system. Not just printed materials, but also “things” and “devices” - so I guess its illegal to have a dildo delivered by USPS. Perhaps even a DVD copy of Fifty Shades of Grey.

      Its also technically illegal to mail anything mentioning anything about how to get an abortion.

      U.S. Code › Title 18 › Part I › Chapter 71 › § 1461

      18 U.S. Code § 1461 - Mailing obscene or crime-inciting matter

      • Every obscene, lewd, lascivious, indecent, filthy or vile article, matter, thing, device, or substance; and—
      • Every article or thing designed, adapted, or intended for producing abortion, or for any indecent or immoral use; and
      • Every article, instrument, substance, drug, medicine, or thing which is advertised or described in a manner calculated to lead another to use or apply it for producing abortion, or for any indecent or immoral purpose; and
      • Every written or printed card, letter, circular, book, pamphlet, advertisement, or notice of any kind giving information, directly or indirectly, where, or how, or from whom, or by what means any of such mentioned matters, articles, or things may be obtained or made, or where or by whom any act or operation of any kind for the procuring or producing of abortion will be done or performed, or how or by what means abortion may be produced, whether sealed or unsealed; and
      • Every paper, writing, advertisement, or representation that any article, instrument, substance, drug, medicine, or thing may, or can, be used or applied for producing abortion, or for any indecent or immoral purpose; and
      • Every description calculated to induce or incite a person to so use or apply any such article, instrument, substance, drug, medicine, or thing—
      • Is declared to be nonmailable matter and shall not be conveyed in the mails or delivered from any post office or by any letter carrier.
      • Whoever knowingly uses the mails for the mailing, carriage in the mails, or delivery of anything declared by this section or section 3001 (e) of title 39 to be nonmailable, or knowingly causes to be delivered by mail according to the direction thereon, or at the place at which it is directed to be delivered by the person to whom it is addressed, or knowingly takes any such thing from the mails for the purpose of circulating or disposing thereof, or of aiding in the circulation or disposition thereof, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both, for the first such offense, and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both, for each such offense thereafter.
      • The term “indecent”, as used in this section includes matter of a character tending to incite arson, murder, or assassination.

        Even if the material itself would have been considered obscenity under US law, with the context that it was OBL’s porn stache stash I find it hard to believe the material would be considered “portrayal of...sexual conduct for its own sake.” Certainly there is no commercial gain.

          In 3 tours in Iraq and 2 in Afghanistan, about 99% of every insurgent or Taliban house, compound, etc I have ever searched was loaded to the gills with porn. The true call to jihad is the anticipation of the sick porn stash you will have access to.

          I think Islam began when Mohammed’s older wife found his porn stash. Then he told a lie about something he heard in a cave to get out of trouble with her. Everything has snowballed from that point.
