    I don’t have access to the complaint so this is just speculation, but based on a couple of different news reports, it seems like the contract may have said that Snoop gets paid if Colt is sold but here Pabst was sold, so Snoop would say that sale includes the sale of Colt, while Pabst will say Snoop only gets paid if the Colt brand alone was sold. The brand Snoop represented. Will depend on how the contract is worded.

      Pure speculation that could easily be squashed by more information: Isn’t is likely that Snoop was entitled to 10% of the earnings from sales of Colt45 Blast, but not all Colt45 products? My understanding is that he was paid to promote the new beverage, and the idea that he would be given 10% of all of their earnings seems... excessive.
