And from your list, there are two guys I’ve never heard of (or you’ve hilariously made up) and two more who I cannot tell you what (if any) office they’ve held—not counting Carson or Fiorina who’ve neither ever held elective office. (But who are providing two examples of one of my all-time favorite blind moves—the sociopath who decides “for my first elective office, I shall be President.”)
