Throwing stuff at a motorcyclist might not be a good idea. They’re not protected in a steel cage like a car. It’s like poking a stick in a bicyclists wheels.

My riding days are over. At least here in NYC they are.

  Except if you saw the original videos these guys were trying to shut down the west side highway so they could do tricks...on a weekend. They were mad that people were actually trying to you know, use the highway so they went after this guy.

  yeah, these fucking bikers tried to block the on ramp once so they could get 100 or so bikes by, with no police escort, i said fuck you, you have no right to do that and drove around the asshole. If you want to do that get the permits and do it the right way.

  Not sure if you’re being sarcastic, but the lawyer in me feels that the driver is responsible for the whole incident. The wife should be charged with Aggravated Assault and Littering for throwing the plum and bottle and for Inciting a riot yelling “Just go!” causing her husband to panic. They both should be charged with Parental Neglect for what they put that poor child through and the owners of the SUV are responsible for paralyzing a man and the property damage they caused by running over the motor bikes. They are culpable and should have been charged. Nobody was right in this situation.

  Not really. We get it, you’re on team human garbage. It’s just fine that he wasn’t legally permitted to be on that bike, that he attacked a family, that he INTENTIONALLY caused the accident so that the scumbags could get a better shot at killing this family who dared to legally use the highway for its intended purpose.
