    For anyone that has been to Medellin, you already know that Antioquia is one of the finest places in the world to live. You don’t need an air conditioner, you don’t need a heater, and you really don’t need much money. People mind their own business and are incredibly respectful of others. One thing that you surely do NOT need is a ‘better than thou’ American attitude. Absolutely beautiful, it is young, it is vibrant, and it is amazingly safe.

    The loss of life, and terrible injury, in Salgar, is a very sad sad thing. My deepest condolences to the friends and families of all of the people involved. Que Dios bendiga a usted y su familia.
