  While I understand this somewhat cynical dismissive comment and one some level agree with it, I also think it’s this type of thinking that kind of absolves him of responsibility. Not saying it’s up to you or I to hold him accountable, but when we have someone like him who basically moralizes for a living, and this shit comes out, it really needs to be fodder for taking this fucker down. Like, I really really hope it results in this dude getting fired, because I have friends and family that essentially got brainwashed by him and I genuinely hope that this information is enough for Fox News to fire his ass and in an unceremonious manner. This dude deserves to be dragged through the mud and fucked over in the only way that would pain him most and that is by exposing him for the fraud and coward he is.

My point was that O’Reilly has always been a worthless waste of skin and should have been taken down years ago for so many reasons, I don’t even know where to start the list: sexual harassment, lying about his role in the Falklands, his overt racism).
  
  My point is that if you don’t know this by now, you either don’t care or you are one of the right -wing lunatic fringe that thinks it’s all just a left-wing smear campaign. Either way, it’s certainly not news. Gawker might as well run a story on how Karl Rove is a lying miscreant or on whether Dick Cheney is technically a sociopath or a psychopath.
