    Granted, I’m a forty something female, but I just don’t get it. Who actually pays to watch this stuff? JonBenet and Nefertitties have a point about the camp value, I guess, but otherwise it seems really boring.

    Man, this is sad. I was about to say that this is the saddest thing I’ve seen all week, then I realized that would be a lie. It’s not as sad as earthquakes or train derailments or death or crippling financial inequality, but it’s still sad.

    Ladies, please take the above video as a reminder that you are beautiful just the way you are, there are healthy ways to feel better about yourself, and if you try too hard to turn into something you’re not, the results could be... a weird combination of sadness and hilarity and terror. The next time my (plenty petite!) wife complains about needing to lose a few pounds or wishes her boobs were bigger, I’m going to play this for her. Ugh.

      You realize that what you are saying is just as bad right? You are putting down someone who made the choice to look like this. A young woman who is choosing to do these things. Just like your wife chooses to have saggy tits. Saying that women shouldn’t strive to look like this is a put down to all the women that do want to strive to look like that to empower themselves. So feeling sad means you are a confused man child who needs to learn and realize women have the choice to do what they want. Deal with it.

      I just can’t get behind your logic. Sure, no one should shame others’ looks, but at the same time, the before and after of Courtney Stodden is pretty tragic. She needed help early on, and instead of support, she got a controlling mom-ager and an older husband who can’t and shouldn’t be her father-figure. I’m not convinced that Courtney feels empowered when her next choice after bad plastic surgery is to shill a porn tape masquerading as a homemade video.
