    Over on ESPN.com they have a gut wrenching tribute to Lauren. She stared down cancer and death and instead of “fuck you” she said, “Let what will be what will be. I’ll do what I can with the time I have left.” And she did it all with a smile and without one goddamn complaint. Cancer doesn’t have such dignity. Dear Lauren, may your courageous soul rest in peace. And hey cancer, go fuck yourself.

      Aw, LeBron brought a tear to my eye. It wasn’t the most eloquent of eulogies, but it was heartfelt and real. Maybe he’s not a soulless corporate automaton.

        I’m usually pretty steely in the face of bad news and sad shit but this one hit me right in the gut. She sounded like a great young lady and it just sucks that she’s gone.

        Be as nice to people as you can. Hold your loved ones extra long. Tell everyone you love how much you love them. I love all of y’all on this site.

        Well, not the trolls. Fuck them and fuck cancer!

          This made me tear up. I was just thinking today about an aunt I lost to cancer in the prime of her life and who had just gotten married and...fuck cancer. Seriously.
