    You know, it might be worth mentioning that here is a third photograph that shows her trying to cover herself up while one of the guys is pulling on the beads. Just, you know, in the interest of, I don't know...JOURNALISM, maybe. Just to give the story some context. Then I wouldn't have had to google "girl naked mardi gras beads spring break pictures." Can't wait to see what the ads in my FB sidebar are now.

      It seems like they only discovered the picture because it was already being circulated by folks that did not have her best interests in mind. Yeah, the authorities' involvement might mean more people see it, but it also means people are looking out for her safety.

      It might be that something innocuous happened and now they're turning it into a spectacle with pretty negative connotation. Or it might be that something awful happened and they're looking for someone who very much needs help.

    "BCSO was alerted to the social media site Twitter after the pictures were posted March 11. In one of the pictures, which have since been removed from Twitter, the nude female visitor appears to be bent over dancing at the edge of the Gulf of Mexico."

    Seems like there would be a geotag on the Twitter photo that might help with location it was taken. Not sure how accurate that info is, but I'd think they could also get the info from Twitter.

      Am I the only one who doesn't really care how old she is? I feel like what's important is she looks like she's in a SUPER compromised position here. If it turns out she's not, great! But even if she's the youngest-looking-40-year-old ever shouldn't we care more that she doesn't look super in control of what's happening to her?
