            This happened not 2 blocks from my house. My dad was one of the first responders to get dispatched. This kids is why we don't drink and drive or go out on the ice.

              Believe me these guys are going to be paying for this for a long time. They are looking at 25ish criminal charges from the state police who knows how many charges and fines from the DEP and SPCA. Plus the 6 hours worth of search and rescue that went on while they hid at home is going to cost them around 150k

            This story is not one of those times (but I'm a dog lover - my dog is pretty awesome and I can't imagine putting her in such a precarious situation as these idiots did.)
