    So I'm not totally sure if this helps but Lime Crime is apparently seriously questionable, ethically speaking. They got caught repackaging a bunch of other companies' products and claiming they were theirs and then threatened bloggers with legal action for pointing it out. So, uh, there's a good chance that the lipstick exists in another form sold by another company?

    If you still want to rock matte brown lips this weekend you can always make do with brown pencil eyeliner (on your lips, of course). I used to line my lips with brown eyeliner and blend (blend a lot!) with a pink or orange shade of lipstick to get the color I wanted. But I might or might not have chosen to go all brown on more than one occasion.

    The nineties were a weird time for all of us.

      I don't mean to play online shopping tragedy olympics or anything, but I ordered these boots OVER a week ago:

      ....and they have yet to arrive. I called customer service today to find out what the hold-up is, and I might not get them for ANOTHER WHOLE WEEK! They're thigh-high, fold down to knee-high, and it'll only be boot-wearing season for so long here in Southern California, and I WANT THEM NOW.

      Now, readers, I love lipstick. Some might even say I have a problem with lipstick.

      I also have a HUGE lipstick problem. Like when Britney Spears came out with that song "Perfume" I remember my friend telling me "That would be like you having a song called 'Lipstick'" :( I even have shades that aren't even THAT different from each other... it's... sad. I recently found that blue Kat Von D lipstick that has been sold out EVERYWHERE at a JC Penney's in Durham when I was visiting a friend. My friend was like, "Where the fuck are you going to wear blue lipstick?" OH I WILL FIND A PLACE TO WEAR IT.

        I WANT THAT ONE, because the color is amazing and also I love the spiky tubes, but I just can't get past the sugary creme brulee scent. :(

        Buuuuut, yeah. After over a decade wearing gloss only, I finally "rediscovered" lipsticks around six months ago, and already it is officially Fucking Ridiculous.

        I SEARCHED HIGH AND LOW for that fucking Kat Von D lipstick and I had given up and figures I'd find it at a Penney's in Durham, North Carolina. I also really like Sephora's matte lip glosses. I have the crimson red one (it's the perfect red) and I have the orange one. Mac, Nars, Chanel, and Bobbi Brown are my faves. My lipstick addiction is almost as bad as my coat / jacket / blazer addiction. I love layers.

          Yeah, the only times I've had laggy Prime delivery or other problems is when it's "Sold by RandomProducts4u" rather than being sold/shipped by Amazon themselves. I think a lot of those small/niche sellers SAY that they'll abide by Prime shipping deadlines, just so they'll come up in searches for people like me who tick the "show only Prime eligible items" box — and then they totally don't.
