        I keep thinking she's some sort of fashion person who's always dating a British rocker whose band I might have heard, but I think that's someone else. Is that person, the person I'm thinking of, of Asian descent? Is Rita? Because I keep thinking she's someone that maybe she isn't.

        She's a pop singer. British (ethnic Albanian, since people ask about that a lot). She's bigger in the UK and Europe than in the US. She's got a fairly decent voice so far as pop singer type people go. Songs to check out: How We Do, Hot Right Now, I Will Never Let You Down, Radioactive.

        She's done the standard pop star things, some fashion deals, some product endorsement deals, several collaborations with other artists, a few "scandalous" wardrobe malfunctions, a little bit of acting. She was in a relationship with DJ/producer Calvin Harris that apparently ended badly and caused Harris to do some dickish things.

        She has, so far as I know, never crippled anyone in a drunken hit and run accident or shoplifted anything or beaten up any of her partners, but Jezebel shits on her incessantly, I've never been able to figure out why.
