    Once again an argument about street harassment falls flat for failure to distinguish between actually creepy/threatening/offensive behavior and NOT that.

    Watch the fucking video again, people. There are not in fact FOUR scummy men, there are three. The second dude actually does point her to the bus stop. He encourages her to stop drinking, even tries to take her drink away and only touches her as necessary to get her to the corner safely because she looks like she's about to fall down. That's exactly what I would hope a good Samaritan would do if they found me stumbling around incapacitated.

    But he's Black so who cares what he really did, let's just deem his actions inappropriate by default.

      I was watching the video hoping that this one would be commended, but nope, they stuck him in with everyone else because he's trying to help her. Yes, he abruptly stopped her like everyone else, but nothing about his actions implied to me that he was going to rape her. But hey, black man, so obviously it's rape.

    Update: mea culpa re: it being in public and thus no reasonable expectation of privacy. Maybe if I stopped to think about uhhh...paparazzi...it would have occurred to me. Thanks to those who gingerly pointed this out.

      I mentioned it separately, but a woman in the background clearly stops and looks like she's about to dial 911 watching some of this and then suddenly the filming angle changes and the woman is gone. I wouldn't be surprised if the marks were as phony as the drunk girl.

      (NOT that I'm suggesting what is depicted isn't believable. Just not as 'random' as the 'prankster' wants us to think.)

          Ah you made it further than I did - I couldn't get past the terrible acting of the principals (I'm in the group who thinks it was staged). Glad to hear she stayed nearby. She definitely had a look of true concern on her face.
