      I don't see the problem with that? I backed the Veronica Mars kickstarter, for example, and bought a ticket to the subsequent movie and I was perfectly happy with how that whole deal turned out. As far as I'm concerned, I got what I paid for. Calm ur tits, Whinestead.

        As far as I remember the veronica mars packages could include seeing the movie or owning it, I was kinda broke at the time so I only gave them a dolar to keep seeing how it turned out.

        Odd how many people seem to think that kickstarter is mostly giving money and receiving nothing, sure you can choose not to get anything but most people choose a package with stuff they want... :/

        Chris Brown = Hate Bait

        Brown is an abuser, no doubt. It's important to note that Brown was abused by his stepfather and witnessed his mother's abuse at the hands of the stepfather. He's a classic case of the abused becoming the abuser.

        Some people who cling to mindless hatred of Brown are incapable of seeing his humanity. It's completely unsurprising that some of the media outlets that use Brown as hate bait attempt to humanize people who've committed far worse crimes.

        That being said, Brown's comments on Ebola are not well thought out.

        Approximately half the population of Los Angeles fits that description. Go out on Hollywood Boulevard any time before midnight and I guarantee you won't go more than a minute without seeing an Om tattoo.

        I've got more than a few Facebook friends that fit that description. And they are always the first ones to jump in with a comment like, "Embrace the pain and let go of material goods" if you're ever complaining about your shitty life in a Facebook update.
