Is that a good deal though? $3,200 a month. The place sounds umm. Cozy.

I'm not confident most of the calls will be from people with serious interest in the property.

Congratulations to the Westboro Baptist Church for supplanting this ad for a $3200 Nolita 1BR apartment as the most offensive part of this scene. I moved to Columbus, Ohio to pay half the rent I was paying on the Upper East Side, but triple my square footage.

Sure do. Columbus is almost as big as San Fran, bigger than Boston, it's a test market, media market, it's diverse, it's LGBT friendly, has a large arts community, it's affordable, it has two professional sports teams (Crew and Blue Jackets,) and is in driving distance of seven more in Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Cincinnati. People shit on Columbus all the time, but it's a hidden gem. I moved from where it is most expensive to raise a child, Manhattan, to the 216th most expensive place to raise a child. Also, brunch mecca. And, I'll one day be able to own a home on a lowly Higher Ed administration salary.

why would you link their homepage? They make money off those page views! You basically just directed a lot of money straight to their pocket?

There are mirrors of their content that don't drive up their page views. Unfortunately I wasn't able to quickly find it and I don't have time to search for it now.

That can't be true, because just like with gay people He seems to be creating more and more of them/us every day.

Who wants a place with a huge bathroom but a bedroom that is merely large?
