The American Rorschach Test = defining the major ideological beliefs/divisions that, unfortunately, define our notions of government and politics. Yet again I am sure much of this boils down to "ME! ME! ME!" How does this or that policy affect ME!

A libertarian believes in liberty, as much of it as possible while still having civilization. For everyone.

in the early 21st century this is akin to saying people like to breathe air because they like to live.

What "Libertarian" means 99% of the time: small government for the poors and POC, corporate welfare for me.

Noted "libertarian" Jeff Bezos' $600 million CIA contract

Noted "libertarian" Peter Thiel co-founding a company, Palantir, with the CIA

Noted "libertarian" Rand Paul dutifully voting for another $225 million in military contracts to Israel

It's not an ideology, it's a cover for classism and racism; nobody really wants no government, especially those profiting so much from it.

I wouldn't be surprised if many are STEM (Science Tech Engineering Math) majors ie: the smart guys who tend to be utter morons outside of their fields.
