Since absolutely nothing spoken from Cumia's mouth should be considered intelligent, I choose to bring attention to the deeds of an individual that is far more worthy of attention and negates this ignorant man's argument. Let me introduce Katherine Johnson, a black research mathematician who worked in the all-male Flight Mechanics Branch at NASA during the 50s and 60s. Not only did she complete complex calculations for space flight trajectories, she also created back-up charts for flights in case of electronic failures. So not only did a black woman ''put people on the moon,'' she ensured their safety in their return to Earth. In fact Johnson calculated the trajectory for the Apollo 11 flight to the moon. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Katherine... http://www.makers.com/katherine-g-jo...

Thanks! Just want to bring our focus to someone worthy of our time, rather than give more attention to a hateful, ignorant human being like Cumia.

Honestly, let's be honest. You're seeing white males smoking cigarettes, drinking coffee at the console and putting people on the moon. How is this a horrible thing?

When you put it this way it sounds like the they're putting people on the moon against their will, which would be a horrible thing.

"Alright gentlemen, we've got a lot of cigarettes to smoke, coffee to drink, and random citizens to place on the lunar surface."

"Why do we do this Jim? Why do we transplant so many innocent civilians to our largest natural satellite? Is it because we're crazy, white, masculine men hopped up on nicotine and caffeine?"

"Sure, Hank, but more importantly, we do it because we can."
