Will the Spire allow you to recreate OK Soda? I miss it so.

most of the so-called beverages produced by the Pepsi Corporation are little more than bubbly carcinogens that aren't even fun, like smoking.

For the record, as a former smoker, smoking was always wonderful. I started as a stupid kid and quit because I care about my health, but there was never a point when I didn't love smoking. Even now, roughly 6 years since quitting, I find the smell awful and couldn't stomach the taste even if I tried my hardest, but I get super jealous when I see other people buying smokes at the gas station. Smoking was indeed a very fun carcinogen.

        Tobacco is damn evil drug.

I gave up smoking 20 years ago next month. I used to like smoking too, but I hated the sick feeling I'd get after chain-smoking a whole pack. Then I made friends with some non-smoking junior doctors and after their apocryphal stories about tarred lungs and gum cancers, I quit.

Aside from the obvious changes that come with quitting smoking - regaining my senses of smell and taste, more money in my pocket, more energy and a clearer mind, for example - I had a profound shift in how I saw other smokers.

They didn't look cool anymore. Actually, they looked kind of stupid, with those cigarettes sticking out of their mouths and the way they were always craving another. When I had the inevitable realisation that that had also been me, months earlier, I realised how much freer I'd become.
