    This is awesome, I'm going to apply to work at Starbuck's and then tell them my religion forbids me from serving people caffeinated products. And then I'm going to apply at McDonald's and tell them that I will not be serving anyone any beef products because I'm a Hindu and see how far that goes. And then I'm going to go to BP and apply for a job and tell them that I won't sell anyone any gasoline because that's against my religion to0. AND THEN I'M GOING TO SUE THEM ALL AND MAKE LOTS OF MONEY.

    Fuck this lady. Seriously if you don't want to prescribe people birth medicine, then don't be a fucking nurse!

      One thing to note is whether the specific job she's applying to requires prescribing contraceptives. Essentially, she's going to say that she wanted to work as a busboy at McDonald's while Hindu.

    So why doesn't Sara apply at one of the many hospitals/physician practices affiliated with the Catholic Church in the Tampa area? I'm sure they'd be happy to have her.

    May I take this opportunity to thank that bunch of jackasses on the Supreme Court who in their infinite wisdom opened a Pandora's Box that the rest of us will be dealing with for years.

      Because these people aren't happy to live their own lives the way they've chosen. They aren't happy until you live the way they've chosen, as well.

      I just want to know why they would put in the email the reason they were not moving forward with the interview. This is HR 101, never give the true reason you won't hire someone because it prevents lawsuits.

      We have many qualified candidates at this time, we closed the position, etc.
