    So lets recap: he takes a picture of her and calls her a cunt, then she proceeds to hit him as a result, and 5 other people get involved because it's a fight between a man and a woman. Then he goes on Twitter and calls her every sexist slur in the book and repeatedly refers to her as an animal who should be killed.

    But in the end, he sees himself as the good guy because he's white. Sounds like American History 101 to me.

    This guy has some very serious issues. I don't even think Cliven Bundy would say these things.

      The author has corrected the story. According to Cuma's version of things, the woman started hitting him after seeing him taking photos in her direction. He called her a cunt in response to the punches.

    sorry, if someone attacks me, I'm probably not going to be concerned if my response is racist, sexist, mysogonistic, elitist, imperialist, or any other -tic or -ist you can think of. Nor am I going to worry about some dickwad who follows me on twitter simply to find things to post in a feeble attempt to embarass me. As for the attempts to draw his employer into the discussion, can we invite gawker to comment on this clickbait attempt to rile up a fake controversy? Personally I've already e-mailed SirusXm my support for their employees to post whatever they want on their twitter feeds and that I will be cancelling my account if actions are taken against him. The First Amendment is a wonderful thing.

    Can I preemptively beg people not to feed the trolls? There's a bunch of Stormfront guys with a Google News Alert for "black" and it gets their pencil dicks hard when you guys talk to them. Conversely, I find it quite arousing when I see one of their little verbal sharts sitting with zero replies down at the bottom of the page.

    His story doesn't really hold water. That woman wasn't just "caught in the frame" - she had to have been walking down that sidewalk for several seconds. Cumia didn't just accidentally get her in the shot - he simply chose not to wait for her to walk by before taking the photo. He consciously snapped that photo with her in it.

      Since the author of the story hasn't done any research, allow me to help you. Anthony has long been know to be a bit of a photography geek. He took and posted plenty of pictures that night. He also said he was simply going for a person under a scaffolding shot. He never said he didn't want her in the shot. So, I'm thinking this woman maybe overreacted a little when she started to beat him about the head. Remember, taking a picture isn't a crime, assault is.

      Eh, I don't like it when people I don't know take my picture without permission. It's very creepy to be walking along and have someone take a photo very clearly of YOU, as though you're an animal in an exhibit.

      This wasn't a woman walking accidentally into a family shot, or crossing in front of someone trying to snap a bridge. He intentionally framed and shot her, and from the looks of the progression, she was telling him not to while she was still a ways away... and he didn't stop, he kept taking photos.

      I agree that beating him up was an overreaction, but it's sincerely creepy to have someone take your photo without your permission. He may have had to put up with a lecture on privacy, but instead he probably chose to get aggressive with her, and then things escalated because if there's something worse than a creeper taking a photo of you, it's that same creeper shouting you down and telling you that you can't do anything about him taking your photo and doing weird things with it.
