      How have I not seen this before? Thanks and good morning. Regarding Bieber's bid for redemption, I'm not religious but I've read the Bible for my own curiosity/education. If Bieber were to think seriously on the "as I have loved you, love one another" parts, and consider how it feels to be treated like shit, he might get somewhere. Though why you'd need a Bible to be decent, I don't know.

    An accident that probably didn't need to happen, for sure.

    Will anyone up in arms about low wages for truckers, ridiculous working hours and unenforced rest times, and the strategy of companies like Walmart to keep their own costs low by keeping tired people behind the wheels of giant vehicles?

    It's like the "Naggers" episode of South Park where Token is pissed but Stan tells him everything is ok because Jesse Jackson accepted Randy's appology. Token yells "Jesse Jackson is not the emperor of black people!" and storms off, and Stan says "he told my dad he was...."

      I honestly can't remember the last time I thought/said something "nice" about Alec Baldwin but that story about his offering financial support to the local library in Central Falls, Rhode Island — sight-unseen, after reading about their plight in the New York Times — was pretty impressive, definitely a worthwhile read.

      I guess it sounded like something I'd do if (a) I had endless cash to splash; or, more likely, (b) I finally got lucky on the provincial lottery.

      Well, I don't mind wealthy people giving money to worthy causes, via the Baldwin thing. Saving a library is cool. I'm not even fond of Swift, but the money she gave will surely be appreciated.

        And, they love to forgive. My god, they fall all over themselves to forgive - especially white boys with puppy dog eyes who only said some racist stuff and like, drank, did drugs and slept with hookers, so Bieber is in like Flynn.

        The Christian mommas will be lining up to get their daughters tickets to the Bieber show.
