    A week or so ago Adam wrote a great piece about the gun nuts that harass women who do advocacy in favor of gun control. My point back then was that the gun nuts weren't outliers but representative of a culture that crosses ideological and political lines while keeping one thing in common: misogyny and violence against women (sometimes rhetoric sometimes physical, always with the purpose of intimidating and causing harm). Of course, the first response I got was an all too typical "not all men" (as if I had claimed such a thing). Sadly, this shooting and the responses we are seeing (from the nuts in PUhate to the wizardchan creeps to the Rap Genius nonsense above) kinda prove my point. The infection runs deep and is not merely left vs. right or progressive vs. nuts but an all encompassing phenomenon.

    Not all men are like this. There are many great guys out there. Also we should keep in mind that plenty of women rape guys all the time. So these Twitter chicks need to tone it down and recognize that they should first curtail all the rampant hordes of women who go around committing rape and sexual assault on men every day. It happens all the time.

    It's very difficult being a man nowadays. You can't even approach a woman without being unfairly labeled as a creep! Not to mention that rape shield laws make it almost impossible for an innocent man to get a fair trial in this country!

    Basically this guy was just cracking a joke. I thought that was still okay to do? Or have we turned into a nation of pussies where even a simple joke is censored?? What happened to Free Speach??!! It's just a simple compliment to a hot chick. The PC madness has totally taken over this country!! I bet it's all fat girls who are outraged by this.
