All of this drives me insane. I live in Missississippi and when I got pregnant, my boyfriend and I had so much trouble finding a clinic. The Jackson is super inconvient because I live quite a ways away and for people in north Mississippi it is a lot easier to go to Memphis but because there funding is low they can't stop open all the time and when I called they could only make an appointment for three weeks later when it would of cost me $300 more. So we ended up having to go to Arkansas because it was closer than Jackson and cheaper. Its just terrible that its so difficult to get an abortion in this state and I feel lucky because at least I had my boyfriend to help. I can't think of what happens to the poor women who have no way to drive hours to get it done. This state just really does not care about women's health and more about the religious that make them think abortion is so bad.
