      If that's the exact verbage though, wouldn't that also cover redistribution of any "intimate" content, like re-tweeting someones pic they put up, or possibly even sharing/reselling? Could a professional model argue that store X is distributing stuff without their permission, even though someone else legally owns the content?

      kissing in a park does not meet the bill's definition of "intimate image," unless it involves the exposure of genitalia or females breasts or other, more explicitly sexual activities ... and even then, the couple "posing" is not doing so with a reasonable expectation of privacy ... cuz, you know, public place

    So current American law appears to protect my privacy in the case of sensitive digital material I willingly distribute but not sensitive digital material I attempt to keep private. Is this correct?
