      Right? If we do some simple math, though I know that maths are hard, we can imagine that she is awake about 16 or so hours per day, and that she must sleep at some point, at which time it is difficult to drink Diet Coke. So she is drinking a little more than 3 DC's per hour, from morning until night. I would throw up.

    Gee, Doug, can't find an actual currency converter online, or just trying to make a lame joke about...I'm not sure what about. In any case let's see what happens when I type currency conversion into Google...well I'll be a monkey's Uncle, there are LOTS of them. In fact our friends at Google put one right on top of my search results! So we're looking at $249660.00 according to Google. I trust Google, they are usually pretty accurate.

    That is still a LOT of money for the purpose of killing oneself with chemicals that don't even taste good.

    I used to drink a can of diet coke pretty much every day. I made an effort to cut it out (tea now being my caffeinated beverage of choice). I had a DC last week for the first time in about 2 months and it didn't even taste good and I felt kind if awful. Never going back!

      Same here, only I substituted seltzer water (a splash of orange juice in it is even better), since my caffeinated beverage of choice is coffee. Now I can't stand the DC aftertaste. And I never really did like the sugary version.

    Diet Coke? No way. Now... 50 cans of Fresca a day, I could totally get down with that because Fresca, while not at all delicious, is eminently drinkable. I don't know why, because I don't even like it, but it constantly manages to find its way into my mouth.
