Did anyone else ever see her "Victoria Beckham: Coming to America" special on NBC (I think)? It was quite possibly the greatest hour of television I have ever viewed, and I've been a fan of hers since then. The lady imitating the dolphin was MAY-JUH.

  I loved her before that special aired (one of my first Jezebel avatars was one of her ads for Marc Jacobs) but that hour really cemented all the awesome feelings I had for her. It also gave me excellent ammo when anyone made fun of my love for her. She's absolutely hilarious and delightful in every way.

I wish there was video of the interview. I think her humor doesn't translate well to print and she is incredibly self-deprecating. The tone of these quotes could change completely based on her delivery.

But more importantly, I agree with everyone that this was a fucking rude question and if she had evaded it entirely I would have been even more in love with her than I currently am.

Definitely a rude question and I'm finding it hard to even understand its purpose or its relevance, since she got them removed years ago.

At any rate, I was always under the impression VB had her implants removed in hopes of pleasing Anna Wintour and making it onto the cover of American Vogue. It's also why she stopped with the fake-bake tanning and seemed to ditch the Footballers' Wives look altogether.

Does anyone remember the interview Victoria did with Allure a few years ago in which the reporter asked the following:

Allure: How do you feel about fat people? Is there an ick factor?

VB: That’s an awful question. People have to be healthy. Some people can’t help being thin; some people can’t help being fat. People can’t help the way they look. I don’t like it when people are mean about me, so I’m not going to be mean about anybody else.
