the untried method put him at substantial risk of "agony and terror" while straining to catch his breath as he experienced a medical phenomenon known as air hunger. ... As his adult children sobbed a few feet away in a witness room, McGuire opened and shut his left hand as if waving to his daughter, son and daughter-in-law.

How can we do this to other people?

Why does it seem to be so difficult to kill someone with drugs? Serious question, all politics and moral arguments aside, I never have been able to understand why it seems hard for this to happen.
Couldnt you just give a person something that puts them to sleep and then a huge dose of something to stop their heart.

It's important to kill them to show the rest of them that killing is not a way to do things.

I have no sympathy for a man who kidnapped and raped the woman you see below before stabbing her in the collar bone and then slitting throat. This monster should have been put down a loooong time ago.

Seriously. Everyone knows that a murder victim comes back to life the instant you kill her killer.

      Oh wait.

Yeah, rape and fatal stabbing of a pregnant woman? Fuck that guy. Burning him alive would be fine with me.

No question of his guilt, either: "DNA evidence confirmed McGuire's guilt, and he acknowledged that he was responsible in a letter to Gov. John Kasich last month."

Anyone know how conclusive the evidence was for a guilty verdict? Was there a tape of the crime and other beyond a reasonable doubt evidence? If so, who cares. He paid the price.

Now, if there was ANY question of guilt, then there should be no death penalty.

I know absolutely nothing about this case and I am usually against the death penalty, but from what I can see from reading this post on Gawker this guy was guilty. Anybody who thinks different is a big old stinky pussy.
