    It seems unnecessary to be cruel to her. When she signed up for the surgery, she didn't know that "mastectomy" might be part of the deal. It's very difficult, socially and emotionally, for a woman to lose both breasts. For a porn actress, whose body is their paycheck, it's unthinkable.

      I saw a tv show about her some time ago and the doctor warned her in no uncertain terms not to keep making them bigger, then refused to do another enlargement due to the many horrible things that would almost certainly occur. This womans opinion of that was to keep looking for another surgeon that would do it even though her son BEGGED her not to. But I do find it sad because obviously something is mentally wrong there.

    Big breasts are like Will Ferrell's movies to me. Dudes seem to love them. Dudes seems to always be referencing them, and dudes presumable pay lots of money to watch them but I've never gotten it. Don't see the big deal. Not amusing, not interesting. Just boring and too in your face.

      Agreed, although if they are natural, I'm not complaining about it. But certainly not a prerequisite for me. Proportions matter more to me than just size.

      Ones that are well done and not over the top I think are fine. Those are just horrific. I can't guarantee that after I have kids I won't choose to get small ones, more for lift than size. Depends on how much they wreak havoc on me.

      Would you agree that 44 might be a difficult age to start over if you've literally done only one thing your entire adult life? I don't see this as much different from a guitarist losing the ability to play guitar.

      On that note, she should have gotten an insurance policy on those sweater puppies, since she equates them with her livelihood.

      I think the strings are embedded in her breast tissue and the only way to go smaller is mastectomy. That's why string implants are banned by the FDA now. It's actually pathetic and sad.

      That sounds painful. As a woman whose tastes in porn fall otherwise quite close to those of many straight men, I can't look at clearly fake breasts without thinking about the surgery that was performed to put them there, the recovery time etc., and there's nothing sexy about that. I wonder if intactivists have the same visceral response when they see circumcised penises.

      Getting back on-topic, I hope she can get some money or opportunities out of this publicity to help land a second career, like going into directing or producing like some porn stars have successfully done.

    She clearly should have the mastectomy (she's got kids who will be orphaned if she doesn't). Once healed, she could probably have some reconstructive surgery with safe, moderately sized saline implants (or even not).

    Thus, after saving her own life, as she is clearly no stranger to plastic surgery (that face didn't come from nature any more than that chest did), she will navigate a specialty course in her career, just with a different specialty (yet to be determined, but there are myriad body mod fetishes for her to work).

    When I think of big breasts on porn stars, I think April O'Neil, Mandy Morbid, young Jenna Jameson, etc. Natural, sitting properly against the chest, appropriately squishable. The kind where could motorboat them and feel the jiggle. This? This is like an overly inflated balloon. Stands out unnaturally, hardly pliable, doesn't move like the real thing. I just don't get the attraction. I enjoy breasts both large and small, but when they're this badly fake it's just bad.
