This fucking bikini bottom! I want to LOL all over the place just looking at it. OH how my pubes would be peeking out of every corner of that thing, no matter how well I groomed them. I feel like my labia would be trying to peek out at well. Look at the distance between belly button and suit bottom! That's like, 50% pubes on me. It's insane.
Overall trend: bottoms are disappearing.

I'm struck by how different bodies looked without photoshop. Like this one of Christie Brinkley – compare it to a modern Victoria's Secret shot with the same type of bandeau bikini. Christie Brinkley has thighs (and armpit pouch, and a normal belly) here that they would never allow now:

  I don't think Candice Swanepoel's pictures have much retouching. She's really thin and built like that. In one of the Vicki Secret catalog photo-shopping posts, Candice's retouching was very minimal, and it didn't seem like any inches were shaved off of her thighs. In Christie's heyday, the models had different proportions and were heavier.

I was thinking about this the other day: How many Angelina Jolie/Adriana Lima/Megan Fox "perfect" woman are there out there who aren't in any type of entertainment or looks-based job? Do you think most women that attractive inherently know they should flock to modeling or acting because they know they'll make a killing or do you think there are a lot of 10s and 11s out there working as accountants and day care owners and lawyers, etc.? (I live in a fairly small town — not a ton of good-looking people here.)
