Hmmm. Having a hard time trying to figure out which one of those tweets were racist. Seems like the only person talking about race is J.K. Trotter.

Well none of the cited tweets are racist. Drudge is still pretty racist though!

Yeah, who needs facts or quotes? Just throw out the word racist and you will get clicks. You know the idiots here will salivate over this garbage.

    Completely serious question...

Where did it explain how Matt Drudge is a racist. I know he can be douchey, but wasn't aware of his hatred.

It's racist to report on violent interracial crime unless the perpetrator is white, because white people are "disgraceful." That's the Gawker take on responsible stories involving race in a nutshell.

I'm most interested in his 100 tweet limit. Does he delete before he tweets or does he tweet before he deletes?

Does he aspirationally reach for a hundred or dial himself back?

Even more fascinating is the opaque process by which he chooses to disappear certain tweets, and when. E.g. he deleted his New York City tweet within an hour of publishing it. Why?

Maybe John scared him and he was afraid a bunch of Gawkerites would steal his hat.

Though thanks to the timestamp on the deleted tweet, unless he threw something up quickly and has since deleted it too, there's a chance he went two days with 99 tweets.

I wonder how those days went. Was there a placeholder or did he feel off? Is that why the next two reference The Exorcist?

Well, the fag jokes here are definitely funnier than the ones over at the Breitbart family of sites. At least once a week someone over there posts "Paul Lynde was gay?".

Ok troll. It's a joke that this self-hating, closeted piece of shit in a clown hat actively supports a party and candidates that seek to deny Americans like him equal rights. In 2014. Not funny?

How about that you're here dumbing down otherwise entertaining and informative conversation? Still not funny?

It's like he has Tea Party Tourettes. He has to throw something insane and political in, even if half a thought would show it makes no sense.

I'd like to think it's that he's aware he has no gift for writing and lacks any insight. If he doesn't populate every line with lowest-common-denominator pandering, there is nothing.

But self-awareness doesn't seem to be in abundance on this end of the socio-political spectrum, so he's probably just a small, miserable fucker.

You are right. It is almost like he is an algorithm programmed to spew out some disjointed social observation and throw in a right wing talking point.

Even as conservative pundits go he seems especially obtuse.

Could someone explain the thinking behind the Kindle-pool-Obamacare "joke" Mr. Drudge made on June 5th? I grant you, using an electronic device in a pool isn't the smartest thing in the world—although if you're right up near the edge, it might be ok—but how does that translate into having gov't healthcare?

And for what that matter, what kind of a deranged person walks around going—"oh, that person's being dumb. Must not vote the way I do."

I THINK he's attempting to imply that A) the user is stupid, B) using the Kindle in the pool is going to kill her somehow, and C) unfortunately now thanks to Obama dumb people can more easily recover from their injuries? Like he's making a really tortured attempt at a natural selection joke, maybe?

I'm probably giving him too much credit here.
