            I looked into the costume... I don't think it's going to fit him. Man has a chest like January in the fireman's calendar.

            But that Vivienne Westwood trenchcoat would be fab... if I had $1K to spend on a trenchcoat!

              I'm assuming you want to keep it cheap since it's just a costume, so here's this. Only $13.18. And as luck would have it, it's available in size 15-17 only! It has spaghetti straps but you can just cut them off. And you could easily re-hem it so it's shorter. If you want the tighter fit on the skirt, that wouldn't be too hard to do either. If you wanted the purple to be darker you can throw it in some purple Rit dye.
