    I find it so weird how PR people always try to make it seem like it is for "alcohol" (now that "exhaustion" has become a joke). I get that it is legal but is it really so much better to be addicted to alcohol than cocaine? Cory Montieth's people also said he went to rehab for alcohol.

      Exactly! If someone loses a lot of weight in a short period of time you know what they aren't consuming large quantities of? Calorie laden alcohol. And that is just the start.

      Yeah, that was me before I got sober. The thought of doing just cocaine without some kind of depressant had no appeal to me. Now, crack heads are a different matter all together. That is usually a pretty singular pursuit.

      The coke use is apparently news. His addiction to mascara (the really pure stuff, that lifts and separates) has been known for ages. If the above photo is any indication, he's already back on the stuff.

    I'm not sure if was Gawker or not, but someone published a publicists guide to rehab. Here's an arrangement of it:

    Exhaustion= Alcohol
    Alcohol= Coke or prescription drug abuse
    Prescription Drug or marijuana= heroin, Crack, etc.
    Actually admitting the problem= near death, OD, etc.

      the dum dum paps, patients, friends - no one said anything. How did it get out now?

      I genuinely hope he fights this. Addiction is a hell of a disease and I can't imagine struggling it while being a celebrity.

        I think gossip is kept pretty well in Hollywood. You hear rumors of someone being gay or on heavy drugs but usually it is just that. Unconfirmed rumor that never spreads far beyond the internet. It is actually really impressive how much the PR industry in Hollywood is able to shut that down even in the age of the internet. They were pretty quick to start sucking the dicks of random d-bags like Perez Hilton just like they always had with the old school guys like Us Weekly in order to keep them vaguely under wraps. (Of course feeding them "lesser" gossip to keep them appeased.)
