    Passion is not one of DePalma's best, it is one of his worst. Just awful and boring. I love Rachel but she makes some bad choices. I saw this at TIFF and before the movie started I was describing to my younger date some of De Palma's old films, and his style with the split-screen from Dressed To Kill, etc., and before long, bam, there was the split-screen. The whole film felt like someone poorly copying De Palma. The original French film is much better.
