Div. of Game and Wildlife said that since it had stopped moving, it was no longer in their jurisdiction and ICE couldn't find a country willing to accept it for repatriation. Trump's dome is Gitmo for combovers.

It's actually a religious head covering for the Divine Order of the Narcissistic Asshat, it's not a very big church but that's okay because the member thinks everything he does is huge.

"Unlike, say, demanding the President's birthcertificate for over 5 years"

    Bahahahahahaha.
But more worthless than an associates degree from Phoenix? If someone's dumb enough to pay money for ANY Trump educational program, then good for them.

Good point- There's def a level of exploitation in there. I'd argue that Trump is complicent, but given his BOOTSTRAPS mentality, I'll bet for SURE he thinks he's doing something good. He's just too much of an egomaniac that doesn't realize his name doesn't mean shit and has zero influence over academics. Sociopaths should be barred from offering that kind of program. I want the lawsuit to win just to drive that point home.

P.S.- My sister got a new puppy (Jack Russel!) and his name is Rusty Shackleford :3

This is nothing; wait 'till you hear the complaints from those who enrolled in Trump University's Women's Studies program.

To have a chance at passing that course the students were required to submit their long-form birth certificates or be contestants on Celebrity Apprentice. Women's studies just required bathing suit pics.

I'm all for Trump's abject humiliation, but you're definitely getting what you paid for if you learn business from a guy who managed to bankrupt a casino.

Can anyone explain why New York is suing him rather than those left in debt by his dumbass program?

Sidenote: it seems that people who are Trump-minded would be the only ones to fall for this shit. So is it that his followers won't sue him but SOMEONE has to?

There has been at least one class action suit against his "university" (Trump University: ha, the name itself is an oxymoron.) I don't know the outcome, but it's always very difficult for one person, or a small group of people, to fight against a crook with deep pockets, so I'm guessing that's why NY stepped in. As a New Yorker, I say good for the Attorney General.

According to a previous New York Times article about Schneiderman's investigation into Trump U:

The inquiry is part of a broader examination of the for-profit education industry by Mr. Schneiderman’s office, which is opening investigations into at least five education companies that operate or have students in the state, according to the people speaking on the condition of anonymity.

Other states with students who attended Trump's school may follow New York's lead and file suit.

The vast majority of people who "attended" Hair U already failed the most important requirement for graduation.

Does anyone really know how much money Trump has, seems like a lot of smoke and mirrors to me. Doesn't he plaster his name on things for a fee but has nothing to do with the building, management or ownership of the building?
