      I was just going to say, I'd put money on a bet that that 73% collectively doesn't make as much as the male 27%. And if there's any "but that's not fair, CEO and all that" remember, that's ONE guy. If one guy and one quarter tip the scales over three quarters of anything else, there's something wrong, dammit.

    I used to work for Macy's and the sexism was rampant. A male manager sexually harassed me (verbally and physically) because I was 18, a full time college student, and desperately broke - so he knew I needed the job. I was friends with one of the few female mangers, who told me that he had multiple sexual harassment claims made against him. When it finally escalated to where I couldn't deal with it anymore (he threw money on the floor and tried to get me to pick it up/bend over for him then smacked my ass when I refused and said "Daddy likey!") I finally filed me own claim. The same female manager let me know THREE other ladies filed claims the same week. When I was interviewed about my claim, the first question I was asked by the "expert" Macy's provided to handle the case? "Do you think you might have done anything to lead him on?" I quit. Fuck Macy's.

      Well, obviously. Can't you see that the current law already provides for "resolution" of all discrimination claims?

      You know, resolution. As in, that claim is barred by the statute of limitations. Boom. Resolved. Everyone go home.

    At least when McGreevey decided he needed to pretend to not be totally into dick in order to become governor he remained a liberal.
